Description |
An easy walk along a gravelled track, though with a few steep sections, and it may be muddy at times. The track passes through lush native forest, rich in bird-life, and also offers access to a sign-posted weta cave near the northern end. As an alternative to the there-and-back walk, there's a short (ca. 1.5 km) loop walk from the northern entrance. |
