Summary

Location: Centennial Drive, north west New Plymouth, for the northern start; or Manadon Street, off South Road, to walk from the south

Access: Beach car parks off Centennial Drive; or parking area at end of Manadon Drive

Length: 3 km each way for complete walk (including both spurs of the beach section)

Configuration: There-and-back 

Grade: Flat to undulating
 
Status: off leash (on-leash at northern end of beach section)

Cafes and restaurants: lots of cafes in central New Plymouth, ca. 2.5 metres from start in Centennial Drive
