Access	Take Ellis Street off SH6 at Brightwater junction and drive through village. Park on left beside the river. Walk heads off beneath the bridge. Alternatively, take Pugh Road off SH60, about 1 km north of the junction with SH6, and continue to the very end; park away from farm gates.
Description	A lengthy but easy loop walk, along the stopbank and tracks beside the Waimea and Wai-Iti Rivers, and returning through Brightwater village. Partly shared with the Great Taste Trail (but definitely dog-friendly nonetheless). To extend the walk take in Snowden Bush or the tracks in the recreation ground opposite.
