Description |
Several small but linked areas provide a good range of shady walks in Geraldine, through rare remnants of we;ll-preserved lowland podocarp and hardwood native forest. The main walks meander around Talbot Forest, but westwards they extend into Riddells Reserve and from there a further track takes you through Pekapeka Gully down towards the river, where you can easily join the Waihi River walk. |
