Summary

Location: Lake Mangamahoe, off Junction Road  (SH3), ca. 7km south of New Plymouth 

Access: Car parks inside main gates, or by the lake at end of the entrance road

Length: up to 15 km; main circuit route ca. 6km 

Configuration: Complex network of tracks, giving several different routes

Grade: Flat to steep, depending on route (flatter walks are closer to the lake)
 
Status: on-leash (dogs prohibited within 200 metres of lake); park open only from 07.00 - 20.30 (daylight saving) 18.00 (otherwise)

Cafes and restaurants: lots of cafes in central New Plymouth, ca. 7 km
