Location:  Gravel road to Maunganamu Scenic Reserve on west side of bridge over Tokaanu Tailrace, on SH41 ca. 4 km west of Turangi

Access: Car park on grassy area ca 1km down gravel road 

Length: ca. 1.5 km each way

Configuration: There-and-back

Grade: Steady climb almost to the summit of the hill
 
Status: on-leash
